First and foremost, I would like to thank you for visiting our official website. We are thrilled you found your way here, and we do hope you find the information you are seeking. Chances are, you are in need of some type of technical services. Well, you have come to the right place!!
Middle Tennessee Computer Services (MIDTNCS) was founded on the principle to assist the customer and help them save money from greedy corporate businesses that provide inadequate services and poor customer service. MIDTNCS is a completely mobile company, meaning we come to you! We can provide services on site at an hourly rate, or we can pick your equipment up and work on it for a flat rate back at our shop- the choice is yours- however, it will be less expensive for us to simply pick your equipment up, repair it, and return it to you. All calls are by appointment only- you control when we can get to your equipment to resolve the issues.
Here is a sample list of some of the services MIDTNCS offers:
Computer/Laptop Repair
WiFi/Wired Network Installation/Troubleshooting/Security
Antivirus/Malware Removal (Possibly Remote if it will still connect to the Internet)
Basic Website Development and Design
Computer/Laptop Setup/Installation
Computer/Laptop Training/Tutoring
Computer/Network Maintenance and Monitoring
You can purchase any of these services separately, or they can be bundled into a contract and be offered as Managed Services. The difference between the two is that with individual services, you sign a contract for that one device, and pay that price. With managed services, you sign a contract at a minimum monthly amount and get a subset of these services automatically, and a discount on other services. Regardless, everything is written up in a contract, and signed by you before work can be performed- you are in control.
